of Us is a nonprofit Private Member Association (PMA) and member-supported community. Membership lets us prioritize education, consent, and care. We believe people don’t just buy things—they join things.

What our products do—and don’t—contain

• Our functional mushroom SKUs use a proprietary blend of legal functional mushrooms (species listed on labels).
• They do not contain Amanita muscaria, or 4-AcO-DMT.
• Cacao and other ingredients are selected with ethical sourcing in mind; allergens are disclosed on each PDP/label.

Age, locality & membership

• For adults 18+ (or 21+ where required).
• Availability may vary by jurisdiction.
• Access and purchase are limited to members; joining is free and requires agreement to our policies.

Use responsibly

• Start low; increase slowly. Individual responses vary.
• Avoid mixing with alcohol or other substances.
• Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
• If you take prescription or over-the counter medications—especially SSRIs/SNRIs, blood-pressure meds, or blood thinners—consult a licensed clinician before use.

Allergens & dietary info

Some items may include dairy, nuts, soy, gluten, or caffeine (e.g., Milk + Coffee bar). Check each label and PDP.

Quality, testing & sourcing

• Mushrooms are organically grown within our community.
• Consistency checks are performed on every batch for uniform serving strength.
• When/where lawful in the future, any peptide offerings will be third-party tested in the U.S. with certificates available to members.

Indigenous respect

We honor traditional knowledge by compensating communities, working with qualified facilitators for approved ceremonies, and publishing give-back reporting.

Member consent & privacy

Joining the PMA signifies you’ve read and agree to our Terms, Privacy Policy, and this Legal & Safety page. We respect member privacy and handle data according to our Privacy Policy.
